Delivery & Returns

Your items will be sent out Standard UK Delivery which you should receive between 2-7 working days. If you are ordering more than one item, your items may be sent to you in instalments if anything is out of stock.

Postage costs: small items - £5.95, medium items £7.95, large items £9.95.

Certain fragile and large items will need to be delivered by courier. Prices will vary dependent on destination.

You will be able to purchase the product but will need to contact us at tina@mushroomlondon.com to arrange a price for delivery.

Please contact us at tina@mushroomlondon.com for delivery outside of the UK.

Returns & Refunds

You have 28 days to return any item for a full refund, provided it is in original, unused, saleable condition and repacked in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched item. In this case we ask that you inform us immediately at tina@mushlondon.comTo return an item, please email tina@mushroomlondon.com for a returns form.

Please note that gift vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
