I have three grown children, and I assumed it would get easier each time one of them left. It never did. When the youngest went to university, the house went quiet and the rug went from under me.

This is the guide I wish someone had handed me. It's for any parent whose child is leaving for uni, has already gone, or will be going in a year or two and you can feel it coming. I'm no expert. It comes from my own experience of watching mine go, and from the many parents I've talked to since.
